Elm Park Lodge has a skilled and experienced team passionate about the wellbeing of the service users. The focus is on providing a quality service that best suits the individuals who are in our care, ensuring the best possible outcomes.

The management support a care team comprising of support workers, administrate staff, a chef, housekeeping and maintenance staff. All staff receive regular training and professional supervision.

We recognise the importance of a strong, skilled staff team to deliver the best possible service. The staff team at Elm Park Lodge are from a diverse mix of backgrounds and experience, each bringing qualities needed to compliment the smooth running of a team. All staff are selected for their aptitude, attitude and commitment to the role.

All staff receive regular and ongoing training that includes NVQ in Social Care and all the mandatory training requirements. The staff team are also required to attend all in-house staff training to further develop their skill set and knowledge.
